By using the 307 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using any 307 services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

Account Creation & Security

Users must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on 307. Accurate and truthful information is required at the time of registration. 307 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
A government-issued ID or other documents may be requested for account verification.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Each user is fully responsible for their own activity while using the 307 platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent activity, use of bots, or exploiting the platform through software to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for illegal purposes or engaging in any money laundering activity.
Using another user's account or attempting to steal personal information.
Any attempt to compromise or undermine the platform's security systems.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and the account balance may be forfeited.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on 307 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via approved mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposits below the minimum required threshold will not be processed.
Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information.
307 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while investigating suspicious transactions.
Any bank or mobile banking charges are to be borne by the user.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

307 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Account action may be taken in the following circumstances:

Upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation or fraudulent activity.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
At the direction of legal authorities or upon request by a regulatory body.
At the user's own request to close their account.

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, unless the balance has been forfeited due to a Terms & Conditions violation.

Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third Parties

All content, designs, logos, software, and brand elements on the 307 platform are the intellectual property of 307. Copying, redistributing, or using them for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

307 is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server downtime, or internet issues. 307 is also not responsible for any third-party links or services referenced on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes must be resolved through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. 307 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
